We designed the mobile dewatering unit to keep things easy for everyone. Mounted on a custom-built goose neck trailer that can be transported with a standard 3/4 ton truck means there are no additional licenses required. The layout of the process equipment is linearly straightforward with front to back processing.

Once parked on a level surface in the desired location, set up and operation is a breeze. Our trailer press comes with every piece of equipment needed to dewater the sludge easily and as proficient as possible. Achieving drier cake at a much faster rate than the old drying beds will make your operators love using it. The unit comes complete with a hose reel for “clean” water supply, on board polymer injection, sludge pump, control panel, flocculation tank with a transparent lid for easy checks, dewatering screw press with windows for monitoring needs, progressive cavity (PC) pump or “cake pump” to dispose the dried cake. 

Our main goal at PB Equipment, Inc. is creating economical solutions with the operators in mind, meaning we have special features included on all of our designs. These additional unique features include folding steps for ease of transport and storing. A hose bib to wash the unit down daily to keep things nice and clean. All stainless steel components for a robust and rust free unit. Plenty of walking and working space provided. As well as a touchscreen control panel with wifi and bluetooth capabilities. This allows operators to monitor and control the unit from their mobile devices.
